This Privacy Policy explains what personal data ScratchyMapp ("the App") collects, why, and how it is used, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and Google Play Developer Policy.

2. Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we collect:

To provide core app features: trip tracking, scratch maps, expense splitting, social feed, badges
To process purchases and manage your Premium subscription/credits
To send you push notifications you have opted into (e.g. daily reminders, social activity)
To diagnose crashes and improve app stability and performance
To display advertising, if you are not a Premium subscriber
To prevent fraud and abuse

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore Database, Storage, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics) — Firebase Privacy Policy

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from within the App, your profile and associated personal data are deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial/purchase records) or already anonymized diagnostic data.

6. Your Rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and data directly from the App's settings, or contact us at dariobrux@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

ScratchyMapp is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
